On March 12, 2009, Marie Bullock and Andrea Whitfield were at the residence at 913 E. Andrews Ave.
The victims stated a black male approached their vehicle and shattered the driver’s side window with the butt of a rifle.
The victims then stated that they exited the vehicle and ran behind the residence. While the victims were running, the suspect fired several shots at the victims; however, no one was injured.
A vehicle that was sitting at the stop light at the corner of E. Andrews Avenue and Pinkston Street was damaged when one round struck the rear of that vehicle.
After an investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, the suspect listed below has been arrested and charged:

Charges: Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill (2 counts), going armed to the terror of the public, discharging a firearm into occupied property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
