City council to consider new loitering ordinance

Here is the agenda for the regular meeting of the Henderson City Council to be held today, May 11, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers located at 134 Rose Avenue in Henderson. The Henderson City Council holds its regular meeting on the second Monday of each month.

The Chair inquires as to whether any member knows of any conflict of interest or appearance of conflict with respect to matters before the Council.
