Chief K. L. Sidwell reported on Saturday that members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit served a search warrant on the address of 109 College Street, Apartment A, in Henderson.
The search warrant was executed on May 8, 2009.
The individual listed below was arrested after an intensive investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit. Several citizen complaints of drug activity were also received in the area of 109 College Street Apartment A.
A substantial amount of marijuana was located packaged to sale. Also located during the search was drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency.
The residence is located just 144 feet away from a neighborhood playground. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
