Robert Lee Hargrove, 45, was arrested on July 9, 2009 on an array of drug charges
Members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit conducted an investigation on the business of Hargrove Homes Services and the owner Robert Lee Hargrove.
This investigation was initiated due to numerous citizen complaints of drug sales occurring at this location.
On July 9, 2009, a search warrant was executed at the business of Hargrove Home Services located at 232 West Andrews Avenue. Located during this search was illegal prescription medication, marijuana, and digital scales.
Hargrove, 45 of 304 Whitten Avenue was arrested. Hargrove was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule IV substances, possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule VI substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance, and manufacture of marijuana. Hargrove was placed under a $30,000 bond pending an August 17, 2009 court appearance.
