The Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is actively looking for Tevin Lee Daye related to the shooting that occurred on June 14, 2009 at the America’s Best Value Inn at 200 Parham Road in Henderson, North Carolina.
Tevin Daye is a sixteen year-old black male, 5′ 7″ in height, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Warrants have been obtained for attempted first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon intent to kill.
