HPD makes arrest for burglary


On August 8, 2009 at approximately 11:00 p.m. Henderson Police Department officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny which occurred at 160 S. Bullock Street.

The victim told the responding officers that someone entered the residence by breaking a side window.

After an investigation by members of the Criminal Investigations Division was conducted, Sean Daye, 31, of 1228 Lawrence Street was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and felonious larceny.

Daye is being held under a $75,000 bond pending an August 31, 2009 court appearance.

Daye has two previous convictions of felony breaking and entering, one felony conviction of possession of stolen goods, and one conviction for common law robbery.
