On July 17, 2009 Henderson Police Department officers responded to 916 Southern Pine Street concerning a larceny of a heating and air conditioning unit valued at $2,500.
After an investigation into this incident by members of the Criminal Investigations Division, Omar Bryant of 432 East Winder Street was arrested and charged with felonious larceny and possession of stolen goods. Bryant was placed under a $25,000 bond pending a September 21, 2009 court appearance.
