HPD makes arrests in bank robbery
Update On September 11, 2009 members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division apprehended Christopher Ingram of 637 Marshall Street in Henderson, North Carolina. Ingram is the third suspect in the Thursday, September 10, 2009 armed bank robbery of Carter Bank & Trust.
