Car stop results in cocaine bust

Chief K. L. Sidwell reports that members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit performed a vehicle stop on East Andrews Avenue on December 17, 2009.

During the investigation, the driver was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

A search was performed after the arrest. The search of the driver yielded 30 grams of cocaine located on the driver’s person.

The following individual listed below was charged and placed in Vance County Jail. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
