On January 25, 2010 around 12:45 p.m. officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to a breaking and entering at the Church of the Holy Innocents on Chestnut Street.
An undisclosed amount of money was missing. Entry was gained through a side door.

On December 16, 2009 at about 6:30 a.m. the Vance County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from Dodi Lane in Henderson in reference to a breaking and entering and larceny.
It was reported that suspects took several items valued at about $6,000.
