HPD makes arrest for theft from fatal fire scene


On February 11, 2010 around 1:16 p.m. officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to 132 S. Elizabeth Street in reference to a breaking and entering in progress.

Upon the arrival of responding officers, Quincy Fuller, of 325 E. Montgomery Street, Henderson, was found inside the residence.

Fuller was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering. He received a $10,000 secured bond and remains in the Vance County Jail pending an initial court appearance on February 22, 2010.

Upon further investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, a search warrant was conducted on Fuller’s residence at 325 E. Montgomery Street. During the execution of the search warrant, numerous stolen items were recovered. The value of stolen items is estimated at over $2,000. Additional charges are pending.
