The unclaimed winner was sold at Kittrell Grocery on the US 1 Bypass in Kittrell, North Carolina.
In addition to the value of the ticket to the ticketholder, the retailer is eligible for the $1,000 retailer incentive for selling the winning ticket, provided it meets the North Carolina Education Lottery standards.
