Robbery

On February 22, 2010 at about 9:45 p.m. a resident of Brick Street reported that two black males had robbed him at gun point in his home.

The two suspects were wearing black ski masks, dark clothing and gloves. One suspect had a shotgun, and the second had a handgun. Both suspects were about 5’7” and 200 lbs.

The Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division needs your help with this the investigation.

Breaking & Entering & Larceny

On February 3, 2010 at about 2:20 p.m., Henderson Police responded to a burglary alarm at Carolyn Court.

Upon arrival, officers found the front door open. A witness stated that a black male ran from the residence. The black male was about 5’7”, with a thin build and wearing a burgundy coat, blue stocking cap, and light blue jeans.

The subject was running toward the end of Carolyn Court.

Larceny

On February 2, 2010 about 9:30 a.m. an employee of the North Carolina Department of Transportation reported to the Vance County Sheriff’s Office that someone had stolen ten “Road Closed” signs from the northern part on the county.

The signs were stolen from Nutbush, Anderson Creek Road and Jackson town Road. The signs are valued at $1,000.
