Home in Henderson learned yesterday via a correspondence sent by the US Postal Service that the Vance County Board of Commissioners will meet in special session today, Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Conference Room for the purpose of entering into a closed session to discuss an economic development project.
According to a memorandum from County Clerk Kelly Grisson, it is not anticipated that action will be taken in open session.
The Commissioner’s Conference Room is located in the County Administration Building at 122 Young Street in Henderson, North Carolina.
