Five years ago, we’d have toughed it out to see what the Henderson City Council came out of closed session with no matter how long it took. In 2010, we just don’t have that kind of stamina. (It’s amazing how a body can age in five years.)
How will the county react to the proposed water rate of $3.17/1,000 gallons? Will there be room for compromise?
