On May 19, 2010 at approximately 3:30 p.m., an officer of the Henderson Police Department’s Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop near Lowe’s Home Improvement on Dabney Road in his assigned patrol zone.
During the traffic stop, a vehicle search was conducted. $538.36 worth of assorted meats and clothing were located.
After further investigation, the items were determined to have been taken from Walmart in Henderson. All four of the occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged with larceny and aiding and abetting the larceny.
