On June 8, 2010 officers with the Henderson Police Department received a call from a concerned citizen who observed three males attempt to break and enter a residence at 1932 Oxford Road Apartment P in Henderson, North Carolina.
Officers responded to the area and located the suspects that were allegedly involved in the attempted breaking and entering. The suspects were arrested and charged with attempted breaking and entering.
Two of the males were juveniles whose names are withheld, and one was a seventeen year old male. The following person was arrested and charged:
