Kyree Williams, 17, of 401 Spring Court in Henderson, North Carolina was apprehended by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, Drug/Vice Unit, and Uniform Patrol Division on July 16, 2010.
Kyree Williams was wanted for aiding and abetting first degree murder in relation to the death of Dante Champion on July 10, 2010.

Williams was also served with an outstanding warrant for a misdemeanor probation violation. Williams was listed as an absconder by Probation and Parole at the time of his arrest. Williams received a $155,000 bond for all of his charges and remains in the Vance County Jail pending a court hearing on July 26, 2010.
Also arrested with Kyree Williams was Michael Miles, 17, of 609 Orange Street in Henderson, North Carolina. Miles was charged with outstanding warrants for robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree burglary, injury to real property, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, and felony larceny of a dog from Warren County.
