Man sentences to federal prison for crack, firearm

During the month of August 2008, members of the Henderson Police Department’s Power Shift executed a search warrant at 645 Arch Street in Henderson, North Carolina.

Upon executing the warrant, Anthony Gill was arrested and charged on the state level for possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine and possession of a firearm by a felon.

The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) adopted the case after reviewing it.

Gill pleaded guilty in federal court and was sentenced to 240 months in a federal penitentiary.
