On December 3, 2010, members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigation Division served an arrest warrant on Torrey Rossell Kersey, 458 Swain Drive in Henderson, North Carolina for assault with a deadly
weapon with the intent to Kill and going armed to the terror of the public.
The charges in this matter stem from a shooting incident that occurred on Maple Street in Henderson on November 13, 2010.

Kersey was confined to the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $25,000 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District court for December 20, 2010.
