On Saturday March 5, 2011, on officer of the Henderson Police Department responded to Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive in Henderson in response to a report of a larceny.
The loss prevention officer indicated that he had observed an individual conceal two packs of hamburger and two packs of sirloin steaks. He also reported that he had observed the same suspect conceal two packs of pork chops one day last week but was unable to detain the suspect.
Lamarius Hicks, 28, of 100 Allen Road in Henderson was charged with two counts of misdemeanor larceny. Hicks was released on a written promise to appear. A court date of April 25, 2011 was set in Vance County District Court.
