On February 21, 2011, an officer of the Henderson Police Department responded to Auto Mart, 133 Raleigh Road in Henderson in response to a report of larceny of auto parts.
An Auto Mart employee indicated that several tires and aluminum wheels as well as radiators had been stolen from the premises.
On March 21, 2011, two individuals were arrested regarding this matter. Madolin Evans, 23, 3314 Old County Home Road in Henderson was charged with one count of felonious possession of stolen goods. She was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $5,000 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in the Vance County District Court for March 28, 2011. Rodrigues Donnell Perry, 24, of 203 Carolina Avenue in Henderson was charged with one count of felonious larceny and one count of felonious possession of stolen goods. Perry was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $10,000 secured bond. Perry’s court date was also set for March 28, 2011 in the Vance County District Court.
