Armed Robbery Case:
On December 01, 2011 at 11:44 pm The Henderson Police department was dispatched to an armed Robbery at Wilco Hess 1649 North Garnett Street. Upon arrival officers talked to the victim who stated that she had locked the store, while taking the trash out. She was approached by two black males with weapons. The two suspects forced the victim into the store. The two suspected were unable to get any currency, both subject ran from the store. On December 06, 2011 at 12:50 am The Henderson Police department was dispatched to an armed Robbery at Waffle House 944 West Andrews Ave. Upon arrival officers talked to the victims who stated that two black males with weapons came into the business and demanded money. The two suspects were wearing black clothing and one had a black bandana over his face. Both suspects ran on foot toward Ramsey Street. On November 04, 2011 at 11:40 am The Vance County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a burglary & armed robbery at700 Spring Valley Lake Road. Upon arrival deputies talked to Jane Wortham who stated that two black males forced themselves into the house and tied her up. The suspects ransacked the house and took guns and other items. On November 05, 2011 at 11:15 am The Vance County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a burglary & armed robbery at 12720 NC 39HWY North Townsville. Upon arrival deputies talked to Ralph Pegram who stated that three black males followed him into the residence. Mr. Pegram pulled a pistol out and told them to stop and get on the floor. Two suspects ran out the door and third suspect turn and pulled a gun and fired it at Mr. Pegram and Mr. Pegram fired back and the suspect ran.
