Margaret Batchelor, 67, 208 Harriett Street, Henderson was charged with one count of Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping a Controlled Substance. She was released on a 5,000.00 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing has been set in Vance County District Court for February 27, 2012.
Deshon Batchelor
Deshon O’Neal Batchelor, 25, 208 Harriett Street, Henderson was charged with Possession with the Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana. He was released on a 5,000.00 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing in Vance County District Court on February 27, 2012.
Jasmine Batchelor
Jasmine Batchelor, 24, 208 Harriett Street, Henderson was charged with Possession with the Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana. She was released on a 5,000.00 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing in Vance County District Court on February 27, 2012.
Jamarion Cheek, 17, 430 Old Epsom Road, Henderson was charged with simple possession of marijuana. He was cited and released at the scene.
