Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting will be held by the Henderson City Council on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers in City Hall located at 134 Rose Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the City’s new water cutoff and security deposit policies.
