Armed Robbery Case:
On April 19, 2012 at 2:00 A.M., the Henderson Police Department was dispatched to an armed robbery at the Waffle House, 942 West Andrews Ave. Upon arrival officers talked with the victims who stated that two black males with weapons came into the business and demanded money. The one suspect was wearing blue shorts and some type of blue mask over his face. Both suspects ran on foot toward Ramsey Street. The suspect was wearing all black. The suspect was about 601 and stocky built. Upon arrival Deputies found Jessica Stegall who stated that a black male dark with a hand gun and thin about 5ft 6ins and robbed the store and took an unknown amount of Currency. Subject was wearing a dark gray hoodie. On 04-29-12 at 2100pm The Vance County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an armed Robbery at Dabney Convenience Store 10 Ruin Creek Road. Upon arrival Deputies found Patricia M. Tharrington who stated that a black male dark skin tall and slender with a hand gun robbed the store and took an unknown amount of Currency. Suspect left the store on foot running toward Charles’s Boyd car lot.
