Eaton-Johnson Middle School and Henderson Middle School are in desperate need of test proctors for next week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (May 15-17). The proctors (volunteers) would be needed to monitor students during state end-of-grade testing from 8 a.m. to about 11 a.m. each day. It is that simple – you’d just watch the kids during testing. You will be in a classroom with the teacher during the testing and would also receive brief training at the school.
Anyone who can volunteer to proctor (even if it is just one of the three days), please call for Eaton-Johnson Middle School to Sharon Turner, Eaton-Johnson’s test coordinator, at 438-5017 and let her know that you can help. Sharon can answer any questions you may have.
In addition to Eaton-Johnson, if anyone is interested in helping at Henderson Middle School, they should call Mary Williams, a counselor in the school, at 492-0054.
