I-85 North Welcome Center lobby display
A new display at the I-85 North Welcome Center in Warren County promotes Durham-area State Historic Sites and other Durham attractions. The traveling display was unveiled at the Welcome Center’s Tourism Day will remain there throughout the summer.
Four traveling displays were created as part of a collaborative effort between the Division of Historic Sites and the Durham CVB. Their goal is to increase the exposure of Durham-area Historic Sites and to benefit visitors to the state and region. The other kiosks will be placed in lobbies at Bennett Place, Duke Homestead and Stagville soon.
