Kirk Swain Jr.
On Friday, April 12, 2013, members of the Henderson Police Department arrested Kirk “Spit” Swain Jr., 23, 851 N. Garnett Street, Henderson. Swain was charged with three counts of trafficking heroin, two counts of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin, and one count of sale and delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school zone.
Swain was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 145,000.00 dollar secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for the Vance County District Court on April 22, 2013.
This arrest is part of a continuing investigation into violent crime and heroin trafficking in the Henderson and Vance County area being conducted by the Henderson Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Additional arrest in this investigation are forthcoming.
