Keylan Johnson Wanted for Assault with Deadly Weapon, Reward Offered

The Henderson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Keylan Johnson, 20, of 5532 Raleigh Road, Henderson. Mr. Johnson is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and assault by pointing a gun in connection to the shooting of Chanequa Kelly, 20, of Henderson, that occurred on July 20, 2013 around 2:30 AM. Shooting occurred in the parking lot of Gate City Foods on West Andrews Ave after a confrontation between the alleged offender and another subject. During the confrontation a shot was fired and a bullet struck Ms. Kelly in her upper leg. Ms. Kelly is being treated at an area hospital and is in stable condition. Mr. Johnson should be considered armed and dangerous. He possible could be in the Oxford area.
