Hit & Run Personal Injury Case:
On August 11, 2013 at approximately 9:51 P.M., members of the Henderson Police Department responded to the area of North Pinkston Street and Adams Street in reference to a hit and run involving personal injury. When Officers arrived on scene, the vehicle involved had already left the scene. The pedestrian was identified as Doral Dunston of 1775 Spring Valley Road. Robbery Case:
On August 13, 2013 at approximately 8:58 P.M., members of the Henderson Police Department responded to Subway, 1413 N. Garnett St. Henderson, NC 27536 in reference to a robbery in progress. Officers were able to get a description of two black males, both in white t-shirts, one wearing a blue bandanna and the other wearing a red bandanna entered the store and pointed a small black handgun and stated ” Give it up”. Both suspects left running from the store. Breaking & Entering Larceny Case:
On August 22,, 2013 at 4:30 pm The Vance County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a Breaking & Entering larceny at Quality Equipment 70 John Deere Road. Upon arrival Deputies Talked to Brian Ellington who stated that someone cut two section of the chain fence and took two riding lawn mowers.
