52 Pounds of Marijuana Confisicated in Parham Road Bust
On Thursday, April 10, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division and the Vance County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 744 Parham Road, Henderson. Officers arrested Mark Anthony Davis and Lawanda Joyce Ragland. Davis and Ragland were occupants of the residence. During the search, officers recovered 52 pounds of marijuana, a marijuana grow operation, several firearms, United States currency and other drug related paraphernalia. The 30th annual Vance-Granville Community College Endowment Fund Golf Tournament will be held at the Henderson Country Club on Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
