Pedro Guzman Ontiveros
On Monday, April 28, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division stopped a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder travelling south bound on I-85 in Henderson. After a brief investigation, officers searched the vehicle and located 1 kilo of cocaine and 37,000.00 U. S. currency.
Pedro Guzman Ontiveros, 29, 3627 Evergreen Trail, Stem, N.C. was charged with one count of trafficking in cocaine and one count of maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance. Ontiveros was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 250,000.00 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Vance County District Court on May 9, 2014.
