Jeremiah “Brick Shine” Miller, a 26-year-old from Henderson was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison Tuesday by a U. S. District Court judge. Miller, previously had pled guilty to one count of distribution of a quantity of heroin was sentenced to the 30 month sentence to be followed by a 10 year term of supervised release.
The investigation against Miller was conducted by the Henderson Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and was a component of the larger investigation into heroin trafficking activities of the Money Gang Mob.
