Kirk Swain Jr
On Thursday, July 24, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigation Division arrested Kirk “Spit” Swain Jr. Swain, 24, 275 Lincoln Street, Henderson was taken into custody after a federal grand jury returned indictments alleging 4 counts of distribution of heroin.
Swain was turned over to the custody of the United States Marshall Service pending trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
