Antoine Clack
On Saturday, August 2, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Patrol Operation Division arrested Antoine Clack, 23, of 1218 Toppleman Street, Henderson. Clack was charged by way of warrant with one count of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver heroin after an undercover purchase of heroin was made on July 11, 2014.
At the time of arrest, Clack was found to be in possession of another 5 bricks(250 dosage units) of heroin. This resulted in additional charges of possession of heroin and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver heroin.
Clack was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 25,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing in Vance County District Court has been scheduled for August 5, 2014. Additional charges against Clack may be forthcoming.
