Tracey Cannady
On Thursday, August 21, 2014, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at 112 North Elizabeth Street in Henderson. Detectives located and seized a quantity of heroin, a firearm, and 1621.00 U. S. currency.
Tracey L. Cannady, 39, 112 N. Elizabeth Street was charged with the following offenses: Possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver heroin; Manufacturing heroin; Maintaining a place for keeping a controlled substance; Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Cannady was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 60,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court on September 11, 2014.
