Tutoring sessions in reading will be held after school for identified 11th graders beginning this week in preparation for the ACT High School BootCamp at Northern Vance and Southern Vance high schools. Sessions are held two days during the week at each school. Bus transportation will be provided to take students home. |

Tuesday, February 24-Wednesday, February 25: The ACT High School BootCamp will be held during the school day for all 11th graders at Northern Vance and Southern Vance high schools. Early College High students will attend a session either at Northern Vance or Southern Vance depending on where they live. Half of the 11th graders will attend the BootCamp on the first day and the remaining half will attend the BootCamp on the second day. Each BootCamp location will be led by an ACT consultant and five or six teachers. The BootCamp will last all day at each school. |
