Christopher Hart
On Tuesday, February 3, 2015, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at 302 Zene Street. Officers conducted an investigation after receiving complaints of drug related activity at the residence. During the search, officers located 363 grams of marijuana.
Christopher Hart, 20, 302 Zene Street, Henderson was arrested for the following offenses: possession with the intent to manufacture, sell/deliver marijuana; manufacturing marijuana; maintaining a dwelling for keeping/selling a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hart was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 20,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court on February 24, 2015.
