The STEM Early High School in Vance County Schools will host a Parent Orientation Night on Tuesday, March 3, at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at Northern Vance High School.
Principal Rey Horner and members of his staff will be on hand to share information with current fifth-grade students and their parents about the STEM Early High School and how to apply to enroll in the sixth grade at the school for the 2015-2016 school year. Parents and students will be able to complete applications to the school while they are attending the event.
The STEM Early High School is a middle school for students in grades 6-8 with a focus on science, technology, engineering and math using project based learning strategies. The school is located on the campus of Northern Vance High School
