  The Vance County Board of Education meets at 7 p.m. on Monday in the Board Room

  of the Administrative Services Center on Graham Avenue in Henderson.

  Vance County Schools’ Volunteer/Business Partner Recognition Reception will be held

  from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the cafeteria at Northern Vance High School.

Monday, April 20: Report cards distributed at Early College High

Monday, April 20-Wednesday, April 22: SAT Prep sessions led by Dr. Joseph Aicher for high school students across Vance County at Southern Vance High School beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the first night and 6:10 p.m. on the second night. On the final night, Dr. Aicher will meet with students and parents on a first-come-first-serve basis beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 21: Report cards distributed in middle schools

Tuesday, April 21-Wednesday, April 22: Acceptance night for incoming freshmen who were accepted into the Early College High School for the 2015-2016 school year. It is mandatory for parents and students to attend one of these sessions, which begin at 6 p.m. each day.

Wednesday, April 22: Earth Day and National Administrative Professionals’ Day

Wednesday, April 22: Earth Day activities from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Early College High students at Vance-Granville Community College

Wednesday, April 29: Officials from Elizabeth City State University visit Early College High and Western Vance High

Northern Vance and Southern Vance Baseball Admission is $5.00.

Soccer Admission is $5.00 and Softball Admission is $5.00.

Admission for Tennis, Track and Golf is free.

Eaton-Johnson and Henderson Middle Baseball and Softball Admission is $5.00.

Soccer Admission is $5.00 and Track Admission is free.
