Nice picture of the principal of Dabney Elementary sliding down a water slide during a celebration for students who made a 3,4 or 5 on their End of Grade Tests. I have a parent of a VCS student who made 4’s on her EOG’s @ another elementary school in the county. She received an award on a piece of paper. Why can’t VCS offer this water slide reward to all the deserving students? I’ll tell you why……LEADERSHIP(or lack thereof) in the Principal’s Office!!! Good Job Putney…..maybe some of your VCS colleagues could learn a thing or two from your Leadership Style!!
