At the request of County Commissioner Wilber Boyd, the Zeb Vance Ruritan Club received a resolution from the Vance County Board of Commissioners celebrating its 50th anniversary of service to the community.
The Zeb Vance Ruritan Club was founded in 1956 and is one of the two Ruritan Clubs still active in Vance County.
Joe Sears received the honor on behalf of the club.
