On April 29, 2010 Redrick Bates, 25, of 1212 South Williams Street in Henderson, North Carolina was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
The charges stemmed from the breaking and entering at 208 Crozier Street, Henderson, North Carolina on December 9, 2009. During that breaking and entering various meats, a pocketbook, and a digital video converter were taken.
Upon further investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, evidence found at the crime scene was identified to Bates.

Bates was listed as one of Henderson’s Most Wanted on the Henderson Police Department website. Bates received a $21,800 secured bond and remains in the Vance County Jail pending a court hearing on June 28, 2010.
