Patrick Lebraska McLeod, arrested for shootings of Hassan Terry and Derek Perry
On June 2, 2010 members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division arrested Patrick Lebraska McLeod, 22, for second degree murder in relation to the death of Hassan Terry of 512 Lone Street, Henderson, and assault with deadly weapon intent to kill inflicting serious injury for the injuries that occurred to Derek Perry.
McLeod was also charged with possession of a girearm by a gelon and felony inciting a riot.
McLeod was given a $205,000 secured bond and remains in the Vance County Jail pending an initial appearance in court on June 21st, 2010.
