A third individual has been charged in the previously reported larceny of a television set from Roses Department Store.
As previously reported, on January 14, 2011, several individuals entered the Roses Department Store located at 1245 Dabney Drive in Henderson. A group of individuals then left the store via a fire exit carrying a 26” Sanyo television.
Antonio Cornelius Small, 26, of 334 Southall Street in Henderson has been charged with misdemeanor larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny. Small was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a $1,000 bond. A February 7, 2011 court date was set for Vance County District Court.
