On Thursday, February 3, 2011, an officer of the Criminal Investigation Division served a warrant for arrest on Laura Ellen Perkinson, 28, of 116 S. Cooper Drive in Henderson.
Perkinson was charged with one felony count of larceny stemming from an incident that took place at Perkinson’s former place of employment, The Hair Shack. The arrest warrant alleged the theft of $1,963 of hair grooming equipment.

Perkinson was released from custody after posting a $2,500 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court on February 28, 2011.
