The City of Henderson is currently soliciting applications for persons interested in serving on:
Henderson Planning Board (3 appointments) -This Board is composed of 10 members with 5 city appointees and 5 extra-territorial appointees.
They meet on the first Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this Board is to help in developing policy recommendations to the City Council on matters involving land use, zoning and subdivision regulations and other related development controls. Public hearings are frequently held to receive citizen input.
Board members serve three-year terms.
