Tuesday Open Line

Monday, The Wake County Board of Commissioners approved new restrictions for begging in public places Tuesday, requiring that panhandlers present a photo ID and obtain a permit.  The permits would be free and renewable each year. Chairman Paul Coble said the idea is to protect motorists and beggars at intersections. Raleigh and other municipalities already have similar rules.  You can read more about it here

Should Henderson have such restrictions of beggars?  Are you bothered by them in Vance County, if so where do you see problems?
