Drug arrest after HPD investigation


Carroll arrest

Chief K. L. Sidwell reported yesterday that members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at the address of 115 North College Street, Apartment A, in Henderson.

The search warrant was executed on July 15, 2008.

The individual listed below was arrested after an intensive investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit. Several citizen complaints of drug activity were also received in the area of 115 North College Street.

Carroll arrest

Approximately forty bags of heroin were located during the search of the residence. The individual listed below is a violent convicted felon that has convictions including murder. He was on house arrest at the time the warrant was served.

Also seized was a firearm, ecstasy pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency.

The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
